I tried the grilled and fried chicken with coconut rice and I’m still thinking about it, the chicken was crispy and juicy, but honestly the real star was that coconut rice. It’s fragrant, fluffy, and just the right amount of coconut-y, the kind of side you could eat all by itself. I also grabbed the spring rolls, which were fresh, crunchy, and the perfect light bite to go with everything else.
