After a few hours of thrifting along Guadalupe (seriously, that stretch might be the most concentrated cluster of vintage shops in Austin), my fiancé and I stumbled into Salsa Limón, and it was exactly what we needed.
We kicked things off with their $7 sangria, crisp, refreshing, and honestly way better than we expected for the price. It hit the spot as the perfect post-thrifting drink. Their drink menu is surprisingly stacked too, with plenty of cocktails, wine, and affordable options.
For food, we went classic with the steak tacos with cheese, and they were perfection, simple, flavorful, no frills, just the kind of tacos you always want to come back to.
Salsa Limón nails that casual, easygoing vibe: great tacos, great drinks, and a great spot to end a day of exploring Guadalupe’s vintage treasures.
